Balade à roulettes : Lac de Saint-Vincent-de-Paul - Impraticable

Saint-Vincent-de-Paul is a small, rural commune in the Bordeaux metropolitan area, located at the crossroads of two major historical routes: the Dordogne, which for centuries was sailed upstream by ships for the wine trade, and the road to Paris, once used by Frankish invaders and pilgrims on their way to Santiago de Compostela.

The Balades à Roulettes® (BR®) are short, leisurely walks, with a baby carriage or small bike, or adapted for people with reduced mobility (in wheelchairs), offered by the Fédération Française de Randonnée de la Gironde.

How to get there

Take the A10 freeway towards Paris, exit 41 "Ambès". Follow the signs for Ambès/Saint Vincent de Paul, pass under the freeway and turn left towards Saint Vincent de Paul. The small lake is on the right before the village. Park in the parking lot next to the lake.
