19th-century house with large garden, located on a former vineyard. Martine welcomes you to the estate. The gîte can accommodate 6 people, plus an annex with two bedrooms, each with its own shower room and toilet, and can sleep up to 10 people. The gîte is housed in part of the family home dating from the 19th century, and comprises a beautiful living room with an authentic feel, featuring stone walls and exposed beams, a kitchen, dining room and TV lounge with pellet stove, three bedrooms (one 160x200 bed, one 160x200 bed and two 90x190 beds), one of which has its own private shower room/wc, a separate shower room/wc and a separate toilet. The annex is separate from the gîte; it is located on the first floor and can be accessed via an outside staircase. Private green outdoor space (not enclosed).
