It has, on the ground floor, a large equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room, a living room, a veranda opening onto a large terrace with barbecue, a shower room with shower and an independent toilet. The first floor, accessible by a sloping staircase (handrail and child safety gates), leads to two bedrooms (two beds 140 and one bed 90), a bathroom and a separate toilet, a study area on the landing.
