It comprises 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The garden is well laid out, offering plenty of space for dining, enjoying the pool (10 x 5 m) or relaxing in the shade of the trees. The owners live on site and guarantee totally private access to the pool and garden for the duration of your stay (while remaining available for advice if required). Just 1 h drive from Bordeaux, the house is ideally located for visiting the surrounding bastide towns and vineyards (Saint-Émilion is 20 min away) and is directly on the Roger Lapébie cycle path, a 60 km greenway linking Sauveterre-de-Guyenne to Bordeaux. 3 nights minimum.
