Our vacation rental, Les Mouettes, built in 2026 in a residential neighborhood, is the perfect place to explore the Arcachon Basin, its beaches, and its forests.

With two bedrooms, this cottage can accommodate up to 4 people and is equipped with heating and air conditioning so you can enjoy it year-round.

Outside, you’ll find a private, furnished terrace and a private garden currently under development.

Finally, shared between our two cottages, the pool area features a heated pool that can be covered so you can enjoy it on less sunny days.

The terrace of our pool house is the perfect spot to enjoy a refreshing drink or a quick coffee by the pool. Finally, our sun loungers are perfect for relaxing before and after your swim.

Starting in August, you can also enjoy the jacuzzi area for an hour of relaxation—reservations required.
