Le Clos Daniel is housed in an independent former farm building, with an enclosed garden planted with trees, barbecue with vine shoots provided, terraces, and located in a hamlet on the road leading from the village of Avensan to Margaux and its prestigious châteaux. Situated 30km from Bordeaux and 30km from the ocean. Very bright gîte overlooking the garden. First floor: large living room with fireplace (wood supplied) and dining area. The fully-equipped kitchen is an extension of the living room. A bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and a bay window opening onto an outside terrace, a bathroom with bath and shower, WC. Upstairs: a landing with a 140x190cm bed and heater, a bedroom with 2 0.80cm beds (can be converted to a 160cm bed). Central gas heating. Ground-floor storeroom with washing machine and tumble dryer.
