Le Paddle

With a surface area of approx. 43 m², our gîte comprises a bright living room with fitted kitchen, dining area, sitting area with permanent bed (140 x 190 cm), shower room with walk-in shower and separate toilet. Outside, you'll enjoy a private area with a large wooden terrace (approx. 30m²) with awning, garden furniture, traditional barbecue, garden and private parking, all on the fully enclosed property.

You'll have access to an 8m x 3m saltwater swimming pool shared with 2 other units, and to a communal area for relaxation, well-being and fitness, comprising a whirlpool bath, natural solarium with deckchairs, sitting area, library and fitness area.
