Between forest and ocean, you will benefit from a calm and pleasant environment. The house, attached to the owners, is composed on the ground floor of a large living room with dining room and lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room with toilet. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms (one double bed and four single beds 90x190), a study on the landing and a toilet. There is a private and shaded garden and 2 terraces. Fixed barbecue.
