Its location is ideal for discovering the many treasures of the Médoc: the seaside resort of Soulac sur Mer, the Cordouan lighthouse, the market at Saint-Vivien-de-Médoc, visits to Médoc wine châteaux and much more.

The villa is set in 2000 m² of private, enclosed grounds with parking, and offers a secure setting for your children. It features a lovely covered terrace with outdoor furniture and gas barbecue. The property has reversible air conditioning (in the living room and bedrooms). Pets are welcome.
