Ecomusée du centre Médoc - Le Garde-Mémoire

An 18th century building displays aspects of the

daily lives of artisans, merchants and peasants

in the Central Médoc between 1900 and 1945

(tools, items, papers, etc.) Five exhibition halls,

a steward’s quarters (bedrooms, kitchen, and

dining room restored), and gardens with light

agricultural tools. A temporary exhibition is

added to the permanent collection each summer.
