Le train de La Sauve

Le Train de La Sauve is an open-air museum set up on the site of the former railway station at La Sauve, Gironde. Run by enthusiastic volunteers, it features a complete restored train set: listed Bacalan carriages, postal wagon, draisine, bi-foudre, bar wagon?

The project is also a training ground for young people, supervised by professionals. The project promotes local railway heritage and craftsmanship.
