At the heart of the Domaine du Loret, the various areas of the aqualudic center are built around the 18th-century chartreuse and a modern building, linked by a glass hall that lets in plenty of natural light.

The pool is organized around two zones:

- the first is dedicated to sports activities, including a 375 m² pool with 6 swimming lanes.

- the second is more focused on water leisure activities, with a training pool, a balneo-ludic pool, massaging jet benches, water games and a paddling pool.

A wellness area with sauna, steam room, herbal tea room, relaxation area and solarium completes the aquatic complex's offer.
