Fontaine Saint-Clair de Saint-Léger-de-Balson

To the right of the church of Saint-Léger de Balson, a small path runs through the woods; below on your right is the Saint-Clair fountain, once an important place of pilgrimage, especially in the Middle Ages. Its waters were reputed to heal the eyes and although the pilgrimage is much less important today, many people still make the detour by this spring.
