Château Bel-Air La Royère

In 1992, our family fell in love with this old property. Since 1995, we’ve been promoting the Malbec grape variety which had previously fallen out of favour! Since 2009, I’ve been at the helm of Château Bel-Air La Royère, seeking the true character of the land above all. Since 2016, we have been converting to organic farming.

During your visit, you can admire the magnificent view offered by our vineyard over the Gironde Estuary. During 3/4 hours, we will present our vineyards and cellars to you while explaining how the work progresses over the course of a year. Tasting of three red wines (a 100% Malbec wine, a 100% Merlot wine and a Merlot, Malbec and Cabernet-Sauvignon blend) and a 100% Sauvignon Blanc aged in barrels.
