The Château de Rouillac, a magnificent 19th century chartreuse, belonged to the famous Baron Haussmann who produced an excellent wine. In 2010, Laurent Cisneros, a man of passion, decided to seal his destiny and that of his family in Rouillac. He revived the estate, launched major works, expanded the vineyard and committed himself to a more environmentally friendly agriculture. He associated horses with the history of the estate by rehabilitating the old stables. Today, Château de Rouillac is one of the jewels in the crown of the Pessac-Léognan appellation.
