Château Larrieu Terrefort

Located in the commune of Labarde, the Terrefort vineyard flourishes on a gravelly, sandy terroir typical of the Médoc. Planted since 1988, it now covers 8 hectares, divided between 3.5 hectares in AOC Margaux and 4.5 hectares in AOC Haut-Médoc.

At the winery, the wines are vinified in vats, then aged in 225-liter Bordeaux oak barrels for 12 to 15 months, revealing all the richness and balance of these terroirs. This attention to detail at every stage produces wines that are elegant, expressive and true to their origins.

A large proportion of production is sold directly from the estate, where visitors are invited to discover and taste the estate?s wines, a reflection of know-how and a shared passion for the Médoc.
