Alison raises goats from the Pyrenees and offers a fine selection of farmhouse products: fresh raw-milk goat cheeses (plain, ash or flavored), homemade dessert creams (vanilla or chocolate), fromage frais, and even artisanal soaps made with goat's milk. You can find her products for direct sale at the Créon market, every Wednesday morning.
