Le Safran de Launay

Stéphanie and Michel Malaplate welcome you all year round to present their saffron farm. During a guided tour, they explain how they grow saffron, their environmentally-friendly approach (permaculture, biodynamics...) and the construction of their hut. At the end of the tour, you can taste their products: saffron stigmas, syrups, jams, caramels, oils and vinegars.... Give them a call before your visit and they'll share their passion for these little flowers with their special taste.
