Paradise Rescued

Paradise Rescued is an organic family micro-winecellar in Cardan - near Bordeaux. Overlooked by its 12th century church, our mission is to protect the heritage of the nice village Cardan, to support its rural community and to produce by hand high quality organic wines. With less than one hectare of vineyard, Paradise Rescued is one of the leaders for the production of Cabernet Franc variétal and of Merlot CabFranc in Bordeaux.

Come and visit our wine-making process cellar, taste our handmade wines, walk around the vineyard, learn about the "organic/bio" and listen to our winegrower who will share our unique story. Then, take a break in the historical fortified town Cadillac for a lunch break, only 10 minutes drive from Cardan.
