Mur d'escalade La Petite Chaumette

The natural site of the Rimons cliffs is open to climbing enthusiasts, beginners and advanced alike. This former stone quarry, rehabilitated in 2023, is one of two natural climbing sites in Gironde, along with the Frontenac cliffs. The La Petite Chaumette wall (named after the locality Les Chaumes) is an introductory wall, comprising 6 routes of 5m maximum, rated at 5c and 6b. Beware of the quality of the limestone rock on some routes. You can use it as a free or supervised activity. The quarry is equipped with picnic tables.
