Located in the heart of the Médoc, Les Délices de Jali delights gourmets with home-made, artisanal patisserie, available at markets and to order. Behind this wonderful adventure are Liliane and Jacky Monnereau, a passionate duo who have transformed a well-deserved retirement into a gourmet and convivial project.

After 45 years in the business, Jacky, a former pastry chef, puts all his know-how at the service of authentic recipes, while Liliane, former mayor of Labarde, perpetuates the sense of welcome and human contact. Their unmissable specialties? The Basque cake and the cannelé, which have become firm favourites at local markets.
