Marion Peafrini - Mieux être et sens

Starting in October, Marion Peafrini will be offering wellness workshops at the Maison des Acacias in Audenge - a third-party center run by the Prisme association.

These are evolving group art therapy workshops for adults and children, in a discovery format.

Evolutionary art therapy is a method based on intuitive drawing, accessible to all. No artistic skills are required, as each participant brings his or her own level of drawing skills, with the drawing serving as a medium for self-communication.

It enables you to put down on paper a limiting or blocking emotion or aspect, then become aware of it, identify its origin, and then anchor an opposite quality within yourself.

To achieve this, the drawing is transformed to let go of the limiting element.
