Cap sur la Garonne en Gironde du Sud !

Nature lovers, history buffs or the simply curious, discover all the facets of the Garonne through a 3-day program of events across the region from Lestiac to Castets and Castillon.

The festivities kick off on Friday September 11 at the Cadillac Cadillac port with a supervised canoe trip and observation of the tidal bore.

Saturday September 12: morning naturalist tour with Auringleta in St Macaire, guided tour of the Garonne Canal with Mr Garras, lock tour and exhibition with VNF in Castets and Castillon, Mascaret festival from 6pm in Podensac and Cale festival in Lestiac

Sunday September 13: Guided tour of the Cyrano de Bergerac liner in Cadillac, hike along the Garonne in St Macaire, guided tour of the canal to Château du Hamel by Mr Garras, guided tour of Château du Hamel in Castets by the owners, exhibition.
