A not-to-be-missed summer event, Fest?arts is back to rock the city of Libourne to the rhythm of the street arts.
For 3 days, from 10 a.m. to 1.30 a.m., dozens of French and foreign companies will occupy the public space to the delight of all! Young and old alike will stroll through the pedestrianized bastide of Libourne to discover over 110 performances of theater, dance, clowning, circus, brass bands and many other surprises?
