Guy opens the doors of his palombière.

You'll discover the hidden corridors leading to the various observation posts, as well as the tower from which he watches the birds. Guy will explain the subtleties of this respectful form of hunting, handed down from generation to generation.

This visit will also be an opportunity to travel back in time, through the history of gemmage, a family know-how that Guy inherited from his resin-working ancestors. With emotion and personal recollections, he will tell you about the work involved in harvesting resin, the tools used, and the reasons why this trade has gradually disappeared since the 1980s, in the face of competition from products from Eastern Europe.
