According to a completely unofficial definition, this expression is the first thing that pops into the head of anyone who is approached by the tax authorities, the URSAFF, their banker, a "training account" (CPF) salesperson, or even a too insistent red light on the dashboard of their car.

Because we all need a bit of a break, we've created the very first comedy club in the Médoc.

Our tried and tested recipe is Wine + Laughter = Happiness.
