This event is part of the Fête de l'Agriculture de l'Alimentation.

Meet at 9:45 am in the Budos church parking lot for a 10 am start. Walk accompanied by the association Les Amis de la Nature Pays de Gironde.

11am: stopover at the Fontbanne mill where Jérôme will be waiting to present his work and his modern stone mill: he produces and transforms ancient cereals into exceptional, tasty and easily digestible flours. If you wish to buy flour, please bring some change.

12:30 p.m.: picnic lunch to share a convivial moment

13:30/45: Departure to return to the starting point at Budos church, about 45 minutes' walk.

The itinerary largely follows the recently-created Boucle pédestre, with no particular difficulty.
