Shamin Minoo & Pejman Memarzadeh – Concert d’ouverture du festival Silva Major

Some musical encounters seem self-evident. The encounter between cello and harp is one of those miracles of sound, where two instruments that are so opposed to each other (one deep and poignant, the other ethereal and crystalline) unite to create a new poetry. This concert promises an extraordinary journey, where the classical tradition of the great composers intertwines with traditional Iranian melodies, played and sung at the same time by an already great young harpist on the rise.
