Yoga des enfants
The word “yoga” comes from the Sanskrit “yug” and means “to unite” or “to bind,” thus symbolizing the union of body and mind.
An ancient Indian practice dating back to at least 1500 B.C. The goal of yoga is the cessation of mental agitation.
The challenge, therefore, lies in directing the mind and calming it by channeling disturbances to help bring about a clear mind.
