The farm Aquacole Eau Médoc, established since 1989 on the mediterranean polder offers both products from the 17 hectares of salt marshes that compose it but also seafood from other sectors prepared in our cooking workshop.

Regular tasting tours can allow you to discover our activities and our products. All year round you can find our products on the spot or in the markets. Depending on the season, it will be prawns, shrimps, shellfish cooked or raw, crustaceans and all the year our special oysters refined in Médoc GIGAS MEDULLI.
