Les Cordeliers

The Cloître des Cordeliers, a 14th-century gem listed as a Historic Monument, has been producing sparkling wines since 1892 in three kilometres of underground galleries in Saint-Émilion.
The site offers guided tours with tastings, on foot or aboard electric tuk-tuks, as well as an electric bike rental service. You can enjoy wines, cocktails and spirits at the bar, take advantage of a picnic-style catering service accompanied by artisanal ice cream and homemade crêpes, or browse the wine shop. A private space is available for corporate or private events all year round. From May to the end of August, jazz concerts are held every Friday evening, followed by DJ sets every Saturday evening, with free admission.
