The former 19th-century officers' mess welcomes you to the citadel of Blaye In Vauban's time, it was an officer's house which has been restored and transformed into an "Officers' Inn". The cuisine is traditional and based on fresh, regional products. Very pleasant terrace in the shade of the trees.
