Sophie Mével, creator of O'délices du Médoc, is passionate about gourmet pleasures,

based in Cussac Fort Médoc, an artisan patisserie specializing in macaroons, sweet and savory, as well as cupcakes, entremets and number cakes.

A graduate of the Lycée Hôtelier in St Quentin en Yveline, she has worked for the famous Maison Fauchon, and uses her expertise to create refined, light creations for all your events: Weddings, birthdays, seminars or coffee breaks. She also offers workshops by appointment to learn how to make macaroons.
