Diner au domaine

We're delighted to welcome the teams from Gueuleton Bordeaux for a magnificent dinner in the vineyards. On the program: a convivial evening around their legendary brazier, accompanied by a pop-folk concert with the group Blue Lemon Tree. Starter: smoked Sarlat duck breast, mozza croque-monsieur and Basque txistorra. Main course: Cantal pork loin, served with flame-grilled potatoes and roasted carrots. And for dessert: canelé au braséro with mascarpone chantilly. A vegetarian formula is also available, as is a children's menu. Limited seating, by reservation only (online or directly at the Château).
