Oliveraie d’Aillas

Françoise, originally from Paris, and Bernard, from the South of France, created their olive grove in 2018 with 1,500 olive trees and 11 different varieties. Their reasoned cultivation, partly in agroforestry, guarantees environmentally-friendly production. In 2023, they installed the region's first olive oil mill, perpetuating a family tradition. The SAÏN family is the fifth generation of millers, a tradition handed down since 1903. Come and discover their olive oil, born of their passion and produced in a way that respects nature.
