At the end of this courtyard hides a domain made of stones and old tiles, with high volumes, sometimes a post house, a hotel, or even a bar, now it is a traditional restaurant, with a park with trees and secured at the back, a covered terrace and a relaxation space to welcome you here in a soft and warm atmosphere, conviviality being our watchword

After the last 15 years in Barsac, both on the spot and to take away, Fred felt the need to share with you something else of his knowledge. Our cooks, these true enthusiasts, make it a point of honor to work and rework fresh products, cooking for 8 hours at low temperature, the development of simple products, without forgetting of course the generosity!
