Rendez-vous aux Jardins — Balade botanique à Saint- Émilion

As part of the Rendez-vous aux Jardins, a national event organised by the Ministry of Culture, the Town of Saint-Émilion invites you to join a unique botanical walk through the heart of its wine-growing and heritage landscapes.

Led by Olivia Faidherbe (La Sauvageonne), a botanist and specialist in edible wild plants in the Gironde, this walk invites you to discover the rich plant life that lines the ramparts, hillsides and estate gardens.

Along the way, participants will learn to identify edible and medicinal plants, understand their traditional uses and the environments in which they thrive. This sensory and convivial exploration will conclude with a tasting of wild herbal sodas.
