Fromagerie Beauséjour

The Beauséjour cheese dairy produces traditional Gouda-type tommes: goat's or cow's Gouda (plain, with cumin, fenugreek, etc.).

100 meters from our cheese dairy, we raise pink pigs in large groups on straw, fed with whey from our cheese dairy and a feed based on corn from the South-West (pâté, charcuterie, confits, rillettes...).
