After several years of experience alongside renowned chefs such as Alain Ducasse and Christian Constant, both in France and internationally, Sophie and Quentin wanted to share their vision of dining, which they were able to bring to life by opening OST in January 2024.

OST, derived from the English word "Host," refers to the one who receives and offers hospitality.

Located in the heart of the Saint-Pierre district, just 20 meters from the iconic Place du Palais and the Porte Cailhau, OST offers a generous and convivial sharing-style cuisine, where main dishes are meant to be shared by several people. The wine list, 100% French, is dynamic and features a range of treasures, from small gems to Grand Cru, which evolves regularly with new discoveries.

At OST, you will enjoy your meal in the heart of an old wine cellar with exposed stone walls and vaulted arches.
