Caviar de Neuvic

Discovering Caviar de Neuvic means stepping into the world of a committed French producer who has chosen to master every stage of caviar production, from hatching to tasting. Founded in 2011, the company is based in the heart of Dordogne, on a 30-hectare estate dedicated to sturgeon farming. On this historic site, nearly 150,000 female sturgeons thrive in ponds designed to respect their natural rhythm and well-being. Caviar de Neuvic has developed its own hatchery here, ensuring full traceability and consistently high quality. In Bordeaux, the Caviar de Neuvic Counter extends this story. Located at 14 Passage Sarget, the boutique is open from Thursday to Saturday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Designed as a place for discovery and sharing, it offers a selection of caviars, sturgeon-based delicatessen products, seafood specialties, as well as a curated range of wines and spirits.
