Brasserie La Pimpine

Agricultural engineer Lewis Cuinet, 35, is launching the Pimpine Brewery in the town of Sadirac. Inspired by the name of the local river that flows from Créon to Latresne, this new business aims to stand out in the craft beer sector by prioritizing locally sourced ingredients. To produce its range of beers, the brewer uses malt harvested in Charente-Maritime and hops grown in Lot-et-Garonne. A regional initiative that combines passion, scientific rigor, and support for local supply chains.
