Cidrerie HIC

The HIC cider mill, located in Sadirac in the Gironde, is an artisanal cider mill founded by Marion and Jérémy, two apple enthusiasts. Since 2021, they have been producing fruit ciders, juices, vinegars, purées and jellies, all organically grown and made with natural fermentation. HIC is a tribute to the Normandy they love so much and a declaration of love to their heartland, the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. The cider house is part of a circular economy approach. It also offers cider-making discovery workshops, including tours and tastings. Open on Wednesdays and by appointment on other days, the HIC cider house invites visitors to enjoy authentic, quality products.
